WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY ON BOOTS AND OUTERWEAR?

thirtytwo.com offers a 1 year warranty policy from point of purchase on all boots and outerwear purchased from our online store. All boots and outerwear will have a 1 year warranty policy from point of purchase as well. Each warranty issue is case by case and varies by product.

We do not replace / refund products if:

  •     Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
  •     Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
  •     Damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
  •     Sizing (we recommend making sure your boots fit before you hit the mountain)

TO BEGIN A WARRANTY REQUEST FOR A ONLINE PURCHASE FROM THIRTYTWO.COM, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

[Note: Our thirtytwo.com online purchase warranty claim is only valid for purchases made online from thirtytwo.com within the last 365 days, you will need your original information from your order to submit your request.]

1. Enter your order number and the email, phone or zip code used to place the order then click continue.

[Note: We are unable to process returns without an order number. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email, only use uppercase letters when entering. example: 322022US]

2. Select the items from your order that you would like to submit a warranty claim on using the slider next to the product. Select the refund option, then select warranty claim, and include any additional notes, then click continue.

[Note: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Warranty requests must be reviewed before a refund or replacement order is issued.]

3. You will need to submit 3 photos with your warranty claim, please follow the instructions on the photo upload section.

[Note: You will be unable to submit your warranty claim request without uploading the required photos for our team to review and access your warranty claim.]

4. Select 'customer is responsible for shipping' from the options on the shipping screen, you will only be required to ship back the warranty claim product if asked to do so by our customer service team.

[Note: You will not receive any form of shipping label or shipping information for you warranty claim.]

5. Once your warranty claim has been submitted you will receive an RMA number with your request and details, our customer service team will review and process your warranty claim as quickly as possible. 

[Note: Please allow 15 - 30 days for you warranty request to be reviewed and resolved by our team.]

 

TO BEGIN A WARRANTY REQUEST FOR A PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED THIRTYTWO RETAILER, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

[Note: The retailer warranty claim form is only valid on products that were purchased from authorized thirtywo retail partners, the retailer warranty claim form must be completely filled out to be submitted.]

1. Fill out the information requested on our retailer warranty claim form including your name, email and description of the defective product.

[Note: This information will be required in order to submit your retailer warranty claim.]

2. You will need to submit 4 photos with your warranty claim, please follow the instructions on the photo upload section.
