ARE YOUR BOOTS HEAT MOLDABLE?
All our boots are heat moldable. You can take your boots to a authorized ThirtyTwo dealer to have them heat molded or any local snowboard shop. Some shops may charge a fee to heat mold your boots. We do not do any heat molding at our ThirtyTwo headquarters. Do not send your boots in to have them heat molded. Please take them to an authorized ThirtyTwo dealer.
DO YOU HAVE REPLACEMENT FAST TRACK LACES?
Yes, we have replacement fast track laces, locks, and pins. Please contact customer service and we will do our best to help you out. If you need help re-lacing them please take them to a ThirtyTwo authorized dealer or any local snowboard shop and they should be able to help you. We do not do any re-lacing at our ThirtyTwo headquarters. Please do not send them to our office to be re-laced.
DO YOU HAVE VEGAN STYLE BOOTS?
Yes, ALL of the boots we sell are vegan with the exception of the men's and women's Lashed Premium.
WHERE DO I GO TO REDEEM AN THIRTYTWO ONLINE GIFT CERTIFICATE?
To redeem your online gift certificate, have your gift certificate code that was emailed to you ready. You can enter that code in the billing section of checkout which will deduct from your total purchase. You will need to pay the difference on the order if there is any. You may check your balance on our website or in the billing section as well. Please note the "COUPON" code section is different from the "GIFT CARD" code section. Your gift card code will not work if entered in the coupon code section. The gift card code section will be directly under where you'll enter your email address during checkout. If you have any trouble or issues applying your gift card, please contact us BEFORE submitting your order. .
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF MY PURCHASE?
The most common reason why customers do not receive a purchase confirmation is because an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered you e-mail address in your account information and check that the e-mail hasn't been incorrectly caught in your junk mail filter. Please contact Customer Service if you need a confirmation e-mail to be re-sent.
DOES THE COLOR OF THE PRODUCT MATCH EXACTLY THE PHOTO ON THE WEBSITE?
It is possible that the color on the photo is slightly different than the original color of the product. This is possible because not everybody has the same color settings on their computer. Please take into consideration your screen resolution settings on your computer.
WHEN WILL NEW STYLES OF THIRTY TWO PRODUCT AVAILABLE?
We release new offering of product once a year. Not all product will carry over into the next season. We do special releases throughout the year as well. You can sign up for our newsletter to keep up with what is going on with Thirty Two.
