Decent jacket; terrible customer service

Bought this jacket last year. It was a great jacket for the first few times I wore it, then the main zipper cracked in half. Thirty two had some fabulous responses but none offering the least bit of a solution or sympathy, :I suggest checking with a local shoe and/or luggage repair shops or a tailor, those guys work miracles with zippers", "we'd love to retain your support as a ThirtyTwo customer and just put current ThirtyTwo goods on sale if you'd like to score the new new at a great price". Cool fix out yourself or double down and buy more trash form us at the end of year sale. There's a dozen other brands quality brands that actually stand by their technical wear. .
